Pocket CBT does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers.
All entries (moods, goals, reflections, etc.) are saved locally on your device only.

2. How Information Is Used

Because no data is collected by us, we do not:

• Share or sell personal data to third parties.

• Use your data for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your information remains only on your device.

• Deleting the app permanently removes all stored data.

4. Third-Party Services

Pocket CBT does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
If in future versions we enable optional services (e.g., cloud backup), you will be notified and asked for consent.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. Security

Since no personal data leaves your device, your privacy is protected. We encourage you to keep your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if features change. Any updates will be posted at this URL and reflected in the App Store and Google Play listings.
